The hotel is currently undergoing modernization, which is a good sign that it will be an excellent hide-away in the future. the upgraded rooms are stylish and clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. the beautiful garden is just the perfect place for a relaxing walk. the hotel has private lake access, which is a fantastic advantage.
Some aspects of our experience were not perfect. the breakfast was simple for the level of price, and there was no fridge in the room.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the lake. The private lake access was a huge plus for us. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were amazing. We loved the newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds and the beautiful garden. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The hotel offers newly renovated rooms which are clean and stylish. The staff was friendly and attentive during our stay. The private lake access was a fantastic advantage for a swim and relax. The hotel is located near the city center and pier, which made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful view.
Our room did not have air conditioning and it became quite hot during the day. We were not offered a discount nor another room to accommodate this discomfort.

El hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y los precios son bastante accesibles. El personal es muy atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad de Cancún es perfecta, con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de interés. Las habitaciones tienen un ambiente europeo encantador y están impecables. Definitivamente, me encantó la estancia en este hotel.
El desayuno, aunque sin ventanas y un poco ruidoso, es aceptable considerando que solo incluye pan, café y algunas rebanadas de fruta.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by the lake with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The room was recently renovated and it was both clean and stylish. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice restaurant with a terrace, perfect for enjoying a meal with a view. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
